I currently work at Nightingale Hospital, in which I overseeing all  outpatient referrals, I actively manage various responsibilities to ensure a smooth and efficient process. This includes triaging self-referred patients. When patients are referred for outpatient therapy, I play a pivotal role in identifying suitable therapists based on their specific requirements. This involves a nuanced understanding of therapist expertise, patient profiles, and the therapeutic modalities that best meet individual needs.

Additionally, I take an active role in inducting new therapists, ensuring seamless integration into the team and familiarisation with our processes and standards. This contributes to a cohesive and collaborative working environment, enhancing overall team efficiency.

Furthermore, I am responsible for managing room bookings for therapists, involving coordination of schedules, optimisation of room utilisation, and ensuring therapists have the necessary resources to provide quality care to their patients.

Through these ongoing efforts, I continue to contribute to the streamlined management of outpatient referrals and play a key role in fostering a patient-centred, collaborative, and efficient therapeutic environment.

I have also previously worked at Moving Minds, where I successfully managed a small team of 8-10 clinical administrators. I served as the initial point of contact for administrative queries and handled escalations effectively. Leading monthly admin team meetings, I fostered open communication and ensured alignment with organisational goals. Throughout my experience, I oversaw the database and managed the clinical governance of over 4000 clinicians. This involved a meticulous approach to maintain accuracy, compliance, and smooth operations within the clinical framework. I played a pivotal role in implementing strategic changes aimed at enhancing the efficacy of the admin hub. Whether streamlining processes, optimising workflows, or introducing innovative solutions, my focus was on creating an environment that not only met current needs but also positioned the team for future success.

My time at Moving Minds allowed me to refine my leadership skills, deepen my understanding of clinical administration, and showcase a proactive approach to improving operational efficiency.
