Why should I hire you?

With over seven years of dedicated experience in clinical administration for mental health services, and more than eight years in office and practice management, I bring a depth of knowledge and organisational expertise to every aspect of my work. By partnering with me, you are entrusting your practice to someone who understands the clinical environment, the emotional demands of the work, and the importance of efficient, confidential, and compassionate support.

I currently work at the Nightingale Hospital, where I oversee outpatient therapy referrals. This includes triaging enquiries, identifying suitable therapists based on clinical need and supporting new clinicians through onboarding. My role requires sensitivity, professional judgment, and the ability to maintain clarity and calm within fast-paced environments.

Previously, at Moving Minds, I led and supported a team of clinical administrators while managing the clinical governance systems for over 4,000 clinicians. I introduced new processes, improved workflows, and ensured high standards of operational efficiency, confidentiality, and record accuracy.

These experiences have shaped my approach: thoughtful, organised, flexible, and attuned to the realities of therapeutic work. I don’t just manage tasks, I create structure that supports your clinical presence and the wellbeing of both you and your clients.
